Roadway Illumination Design

Working closely with clients, TEDSI designs plans and prepares details for a variety of transportation projects utilizing the latest technology in roadway illumination.   Designs encompass locations such as underpasses, intersections, freeway ramps, main lanes and multi-level interchanges.  In-house computer applications allow TEDSI engineers to create three-dimensional models of light dispersion, superimposed on roadway planimetrics of the desired lighting location.  Design specifications address lighting intensity and direction, elimination of glare, maintenance and proper electrical circuitry.
