Roadway and Intersection Design

TEDSI's engineers possess a broad range of skills to develop design solutions based upon innovative ideas within the framework of accepted design principles.  These assets enable TEDSI to provide complete design services for roadway and intersection expansion and improvement projects.  TEDSI utilizes computer application such as GEOPAK and AutoTURN to set calculated alignments and intersection geometry.   Hydraulic applications, such as WinStorm, are utilized when designing drainage improvements ranging from inlets to main trunkline systems.  Design cross sections are produced to model transition, curvature, superelevation and grades.  Once checked for accuracy, this affords swift computation of material quantities.
